Nutrition for Preschoolers

It is very important for preschoolers to take good balanced diet including seasonal fruits, vegetables and cereals like Roti, Rice, whole wheat bread etc. It is also important not to consume much junk food as it is spicy and not good for health. Consuming dairy products like milk, curd etc also helps to meet their nutritional requirement. Taking nutrient dense dry fruits like almonds, cashew, walnut, raisins, blueberries, pistachio, peanuts etc aid their growth and boost their metabolism. Avoid too much salt and sugar in their diet helps to avoid any health issues.
